01 — The problem

Most AI courses end at a certificate. Your job doesn't change.

Professionals across the Gulf have watched the videos and collected the badges. Monday morning, the reports, inboxes and approvals still take the same hours. ExeUni measures learning by what you put into production.

A typical AI course

  • Recorded lectures on general concepts
  • Toy exercises with sample data
  • English-only, built for other markets
  • Ends with a quiz and a certificate

An ExeUni cohort

  • Live sessions with practitioners who build AI systems for clients
  • Your own workflows, from week one
  • Arabic and English, with Gulf business context
  • Ends with automations in use and a Demo Day

02 — The method

Learn → Build → Ship → Show

Every week follows the same loop. Concepts are introduced only when you need them for the thing you are building.

  1. 01

    Learn

Short live sessions on one capability at a time: prompting, extraction, tool use, retrieval, evaluation.

  2. 02

    Build

Apply it the same week to a task from your own job, with mentor reviews and office hours.

  3. 03

    Ship

Put it into real use with the safeguards a workplace needs: human review, logging, and a fallback.

  4. 04

    Show

Document what changed and present it at Demo Day. Your shipped work becomes a verified portfolio.

Taught by practitioners. ExeUni mentors design and deploy AI systems for client organisations. They teach what holds up in production, including the parts that break.

03 — Tracks

Three tracks. One rule: you ship.

Cohort-based, with live sessions and a project you choose from your own work. Open a week to see what it covers.

T1

AI for Operators

6 weeks · live + project · no code

For people who run processes: operations, finance, HR, procurement, sales support. Automate reports, inboxes and approvals using no-code tools connected to large language models.

You leave with: at least one automation running in your team, documented and handed over.

Week 1Map your work

Audit a typical week, find the repeatable tasks worth automating, and choose the project you will ship. Prompting fundamentals using your own documents.

Week 2LLMs as working tools

Structured prompts for extraction, classification and summaries. Handling Arabic and English text. Checking outputs before you trust them.

Week 3No-code automation

Triggers, actions and connectors. Linking email, spreadsheets and forms with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate.

Week 4Reports and inboxes

Recurring reports that write themselves. Inbox triage and draft replies, with a person approving before anything is sent.

Week 5Approvals and guardrails

Routing and approval flows, data handling, logging, and what happens when a step fails.

Week 6Ship and Demo Day

Move your automation into daily use, measure the time it saves, write the handover notes, and present it.

T2

AI Agent Builder

6 weeks · live + project · light code

For analysts, engineers and technical product people. Build agents that use tools, and internal copilots that answer from your company's own knowledge.

You leave with: a deployed agent or copilot that colleagues use, with tests and monitoring.

Week 1How agents work

How models call tools, and when an agent is the wrong answer. Setting up a working environment, with enough Python or JavaScript to be productive.

Week 2Tools and APIs

Function calling. Connecting agents to internal APIs, spreadsheets and databases with clear permissions.

Week 3Retrieval and knowledge

Copilots over your organisation's documents. Bilingual retrieval, citations, and keeping answers inside the source material.

Week 4Multi-step workflows

Planning, state, retries and human approval steps for tasks that take more than one call.

Week 5Evaluation and safety

Test sets, measuring quality, access control, cost and response time.

Week 6Deploy and Demo Day

Ship to where colleagues already work, such as Teams, Slack, WhatsApp or an internal web page. Set up monitoring and present.

T3

AI for Leaders

2-week executive sprint

For executives and heads of function deciding where AI fits. Strategy, governance, return on investment and vendor choice, with enough hands-on work to judge what you are buying.

You leave with: a 90-day AI roadmap for your function, reviewed by mentors and peers.

Week 1Opportunity and value

What current AI does reliably and where it fails. Mapping use cases across functions, estimating return on investment, and building one small automation yourself.

Week 2Governance and execution

Data, risk and policy, including local data-protection requirements. Build versus buy, evaluating vendors, rolling out to teams, and presenting your roadmap.

Pricing shared on application. Cohort dates are announced to the waitlist first.

04 — Capstones

What a capstone looks like

Illustrative examples of the kind of project learners ship. Each one starts from a real task in the learner's job.

  • ExampleT1

    Purchase request router

Reads purchase requests from email, checks them against the budget sheet, routes each to the right approver and logs the decision.

    email · sheets · LLM · approvals

  • ExampleT1

    Bilingual weekly report

Pulls the CRM export every Sunday, writes the summary in Arabic and English, and sends it to leadership after a manager approves.

CRM · LLM · scheduled send

  • ExampleT2

    HR policy copilot

Answers employee questions from the policy handbook in either language, cites the clause, and hands off to HR when unsure.

    retrieval · citations · Teams

  • ExampleT2

    Customer inquiry triage agent

Classifies incoming inquiries, drafts replies for an agent to approve, and escalates complaints with the full history attached.

    tools · classification · escalation

05 — ExeUni for Teams

A private cohort, built around your company's workflows.

We work with your team leads to choose the processes worth automating, then run a cohort where your people build on those processes. The capstone is a set of automations deployed inside your organisation.

Train your team
  1. 01

    Discovery

Workshops with function heads to map workflows, data access and constraints.

  2. 02

    Custom curriculum

Sessions and exercises built on your tools, your documents and your policies.

  3. 03

    Cohort build

Teams build in pairs on agreed projects, with mentor reviews every week.

  4. 04

    Deployed capstone

Automations go live with owners, documentation and a handover to your IT team.

06 — Admissions

How admission works

Cohorts are kept small so every project gets real review. We admit people who arrive with a problem from their own work.

  1. 1

    Join the waitlist

Tell us your role and which track interests you.

  2. 2

    Short application

Describe one workflow you want to automate. No essays.

  3. 3

    Intro call

Twenty minutes to check fit, scope your project and share pricing.

  4. 4

    Confirm and prepare

Secure your seat and complete light pre-work before week one.

08 — FAQ

Questions

Anything else? Write to hello@exeuni.com.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not for AI for Operators or AI for Leaders. AI Agent Builder uses light code; comfort with spreadsheets or basic scripting is enough to start, and we cover the rest.

Which language is the program taught in?

Both. Sessions mix Arabic and English, materials are available in both, and you can build and present your project in either language.

How much time does it take each week?

Plan for live sessions plus project time each week. Sessions are scheduled around Gulf working hours, and the exact timetable is shared with each cohort.

Is it online or in person?

Public cohorts run live online. ExeUni for Teams can be delivered online, on site or as a mix.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is shared on application, during the intro call. Team programs are quoted based on scope.

What do I get at the end?

A certificate of completion and a verified portfolio of the automations you shipped, presented at Demo Day. ExeUni programs are professional training, not academic degrees.

Can I use my company's data?

Only in ways your employer allows. We help you scope projects that respect your organisation's policies, using approved tools or anonymised samples where needed.

When does the first cohort start?

First cohorts are enrolling now. People on the waitlist receive dates and application links first.
